Big room, good bathroom. Private parking on-site provided. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Central location, at a short distance from Inca ruins. Also, in everything I requested.

did't feell good at this hotel
the service of the employees and the owner. They don´t know what costumer service is. They didn´t want to recive my cvredit card to pay the hotel. They lied about the connection had a problem. The trhut is thay don´t want to pay the fee for use credit cards, so tehy tell de costumer the line is down. You have to get ungry and say is this pay form or take the numbers of my credit card and call the bank to make the transaccion. at this point, for some haw, the line was good and my cvredir card pass as well. The same thing happened whit my friends.

This hotel offers great value for money. its location is fantastic. Situated close to the main square and directly opposite the Machu Picchu museum, it's the perfect starting point for exploring the local attractions. The hotel's attention to detail is commendable, with basic amenities provided in the rooms. Additionally, the rooms come with a good bathroom setup, ensuring a comfortable stay. Another positive aspect is the inclusive breakfast with a good quantity of selections available to start the day off right.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Hotel is less than a block from the main plaza in Cusco. An ATM and a very well stocked market are between the hotel and the plaza. The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating, they will store bags and flag down taxis. With early flights into Cusco, the hotels check in times were excellent. It was great to be able to check in at 7am after 24 hours of travel and sleep for a while.
WiFi service is only usable from the lobby areas both upstairs and downstairs. Concrete walls make it almost unusable in most of the rooms. It is very easy to sit in both areas to use the WiFi.

Cost was reasonable, beds were comfortable, free breakfast very nice.
Desk staff did not smile or even speak all that much. My room the sink was clogged and the hair dryer didn't work. The staff did eventually fix these issues.

very nice and helpful staff doing the extra details that makes you feel home. example in our case: we got back from a trip very late at night tired and out of energy after too many delays and challenges. the hotel had our room ready, heated up, and already with our luggage, that we left at the hotel for a couple of days for storing, in the room. small details that made us extremely happy and was just what we needed. a very positive surprise.
